What is the commission process?
Once we have spoken and your project has been booked (with 1/2 the full price paid as a deposit) it can take 3-6 weeks to complete the piece and an additional 1-2 weeks to ship it.
How much does a commission cost?
All commissions depend on the size, materials used, if it will be framed, insurance, and cost for shipping + time it takes.
I do NOT work for “exposure.”
However, in some cases I will take payment plans.
FOR HOSPITALS AND BUSINESSES - I do work for a percentage of a grant.
How does a zoo get a painting for donation?
I have donated many paintings to zoos and animal shelters. You must be AZA accredited (or in the process of getting accreditation), and I need at least 6 months before the fundraising event to get you a piece. Please just submit a request on my contact page or email me at Kayla@kaylagriffin.art
Do you sell your work as an NFT?
No
How much are your available works?
It depends on the piece you are looking at. Unpriced works on my page are located (and only purchasable) at a gallery.
What is your refund policy?
Damaged artworks (from shipping) can be fully refunded by the insurance. Please document the damage and email me right away: kayla@kaylagriffin.art
Finished commissions (undamaged) can get 50% return if the edits do not solve your concerns.
